I've finally found some time to give Substance Painter a try and it's really amazing.
I've never had so much fun with realistic texturing but there's still a lot to learn.
The hair will be next. I've been struggling with this for quite a while and it's time to finally come up with a good workflow. We'll see, maybe I'll get it right this time.
And here are some screenshots from when I started and halfway through.
It feels like ages since I made the last illustration.
I guess I made it because my coworkers and me talked about drowning and other ways of dying
during lunch. After that I heard "fireflies" from Woodkid. His songs are really inspiring to me.
I made a more realistic version of the Edward bust and tried fiber meshes for the first time.
I really like the tool even if it´s horrible to move and comb all these tiny hairs...
